This billboard is located across the street from a Super Walmart, Walgreens and Whataburger. It has prime visual access on a highway that serves as a main thoroughfare through the city. It is located on an RV sales property/boat dealer and is in between a bank and a Truck Semi retailer. There are three sides of rental access on this billboard- two on the west side and one on the east side. That being said, rent differs for both sides, it will be $500 each for the west side(24X14Ft) and $700 for the East side (48ftX14ft) or $1400 a month for both sides of the billboard; however I am willing to negotiate serious long-term offers.
