This billboard is located on US Highway 61 on the North edge of Winona in Minnesota City. It is just south of MN 248 intersection. Almost all of US Highway 61, including this sign, are designated Scenic and no more billboards will ever be built in this area.

Presently, (unlike photos showing 4 spaces) there are just 2 renters, that each rent the ENTIRE side (25'x24") with a monthly rental of $275/mo for entire North face and $300/mo for the entire South face.

The land lease is $2000 annually and goes until 2026 with a very high likelihood of extension.
